It will be seen at once, that this outline is sufficiently
extensive to fill a large volume, should I protract the discussion
as I easily and perhaps profitably might. My design is to condense
what I have to say as much as possible, and yet preserve
sufficient perspicuity. I shall endeavor not to be tedious. And
yet I hope to be understood, and to be able to "commend myself to
every man's conscience in the sight of God." I will,
